The Pharmadoctors pretend to help the needy sufferer while the dope pusher is accused of trying to destroy the user. Semantics anyone? Certainly helps when you have the bulls on your side. Instead of throwing you in jail and forcing you into hiding, they protect your business, allow it to exist everywhere and profit.
