The story barely made my LOCAL news. Am I supposed to care more about this story, because it involves NASA employees? And are the media whores mentioning as prominently how Bush is raping Medicare and Medicaid, to the tune of $66 and $12 billion (over five years) respectively, so we can keep tax cuts for the wealthy and for corporations in place, and continue conducting illegal, murderous wars? I seriously don't know, because I don't watch or read mainstream media (I like to maintain normal blood pressure). But I rather doubt that "BUSH RAPES THE POOR AND ELDERLY!" made it as a headline. I really hate what this country has become. And the "Love it or leave it!" types can go to hell--I love the ideals the country was founded out, and I love the freedoms we were intended to have. But I hate the government, and I hate the "As long as I have a big-screen TV I'm OK" willfully-ignorant assholes that enable it. Go ahead--tell me to "Love it or leave it". Anyone paying attention, who really does love the country, knows that it left THEM long ago.
