I honestly don't know if he has said it multiple times but the mere fact that he said it once is enough to put a special football helmet on him and ship him off to Grandma's farm for the summer. The choice is obvious - he's either insane or a liar. Or both. Not like someone "forgets" that the UN inspectors were there. Maybe the "short attention span" general public for never the President. Well - if he forgets that easy - then he needs to be canned. This is almost not ever worth dissecting though. I think it was Goebels that said "Always tell the bigger lie".
