		<description>I really don't understand why anything would be worth "wasted minutes".  It's a self-contradicting statement.  Either it's worth it or it's not.

If you feel it probably has no impact, but might still be worth taking a couple minutes on, just say so.  But don't say it's useless, but do it anyway.

Personally, I'm going to spend those two minutes blowing my nose instead.  It will do about as much good.  Look at how lobbyist registrations have skyrocketed recently.

Now, if you're a lobbyist, by all means, take the time to call your representatives--since YOU actually have them.</description>
