Who’s Better Off Without Saddam?

Friday, November 18th, 2005

Who’s better off and how are they better off? I would like someone to tell me exactly, in detail, how the world is better off now that Saddam is gone? It seems quite obvious to me that he was MUCH better at keeping violence to a minimum in Iraq.

Sure he killed and tortured the so called trouble makers, but isn’t that what the US is doing now? The only difference is that the people of Iraq were not blowing up on a daily basis and they were not getting caught in any crossfire.

So tell me again how all these deaths, including the 2100 or so Americans, translate into “better off?” Somebody please tell me! Think about it!

Hey Woodward, What if Your “Source” Raped Your Mother?

Thursday, November 17th, 2005

I have a little question for Bob Woodward…do you know what the word “journalism” means? You mentioned that protecting your sources was “job one” in a situation like the one you are in. Where does it mention this in the definition of journalism? In which class did they teach that to you?

Here is another question…if you were writing a book on sex crimes and you interviewed a man and all of a sudden it became apparent that he had raped your mother, would protecting your sources still be job one?

Now we all know how to get away with crimes…we tell every journalist what we did confidentially. Then they can all protect their source, even when that source is a criminal, just like Woodward! Think about it!

Tucker Carlson, PNAC & 9/11 - Another PNAC 9/11 Connection

Wednesday, November 16th, 2005

Here is a bit more about Tucker Carlson’s interview with the physics professor who put forth a paper claiming explosives were used to destroy the WTC on 9/11…just prior to the professor’s appearance on Carlson’s program, Tucker’s guest was someone from the Weekly Standard (this guy was a regular guest).

The Weekly Standard’s chief editor is William Kristol, who also happens to be the chairman of the Project for a New American Century, PNAC! This is the quaint little organization that produced people like Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Pearl & at least six other people who were members of the Bush administration on the morning of 9/11. They are also the organization that wrote about the how America having a “new Pearl Harbor” would help them achieve their goal.

Tucker finds nothing disturbing or newsworthy about the PNAC connection to 9/11. As a matter of fact by virtue of the company he keeps, he supports PNAC. Tucker tells anyone who thinks that people within our government would be involved in something like 9/11 that they should leave the country but he cozies up to people who thought a new Pearl Harbor would be a good idea! So this is a little more PNAC related 9/11 news for your records.

More here (thanks to Tucker Carlson Says 9/11 Skeptics Should ‘Leave the Country’, Commits Slander - Tonight on Tucker Carlson’s ‘The Situation’, Tucker responded to calls he received stating that Steven Jones was not given enough time on last night’s show by stating:

[referring to the caller]your one of dozens, scores, maybe hundreds of people who called and wrote after our segment last night..
[referring to Steven Jones]he claims in his writings.. he believes the U.S. government had a role in blowing up the world trade center, that it was not done by terrorists..
if you really believe the U.S. government killed 3000 of its own citizens for no reason and lied about it and invaded Afghanistan as a result of something it did, you ought to leave the country.. because that’s so terrible.. so evil, that your tax dollars go in to support it make you complicit in it. if you really believe that, you ought to leave..

but we’re gunna keep an open mind..

The Professor & Tucker Carlson Talk 9/11, Or Do They?

Tuesday, November 15th, 2005

Last night on MSNBC Tucker Carlson interviewed Stephen E. Jones, the BYU professor who has prepared a report suggesting the WTC buildings were demolished with explosives. On the program promo Carlson introduced Professor Jones by saying. “He doesn’t appear crazy but we’ll find out!” Is this how a journalist frames a story of this magnitude?

During the interview the hyperactive Carlson barely let Jones make a point. Then it became painfully obvious that Carlson would not show the film of WTC 7 collapsing even though Jones sent him the film and repeatedly asked him to play it.

Carlson was so impatient and scattered that he did not let Jones get a convincing point across. Then of course, they ran out of time. They had no more time to dedicate to the most important topic in American history yet they had time to speak with a guy from ESPN about nothing That’s right, his next guest just chatted about things. No specific topic. Carlson’s behavior was so erratic that he apologized for the fact that they never got to the point with Jones.

Why don’t people like Jones speak with people like me before they expose themselves to the wolves of the media? Carlson, as are most of the talking heads in the media, are professional debaters. It is unfair to subject someone with no debating experience to an interview with people like that. Tucker is also an example of how people who do not even know the definition of journalism dominate TV news. How long are the networks going to be permitted to call themselves “news” networks? Think about it!

Madonna & CNN, Happy Together

Monday, November 14th, 2005

Madonna is 47 years old. She makes some mistakes but she stays ahead of the curve. The taught many other pop stars how to “do it”. She went through several phases in here career including her “like a virgin” phase, religious phase & maternal phase. I learned many things about Madonna.

Where did I learn all this vital information? MTV or VH1 perhaps? No. I learned all of this on CNN this morning. What I did not learn on CNN is that the new E.P.A. rules on mercury that poisons our air, food and water, are not protecting us. I wonder where people are supposed to look for that kind of trivial special interest information. Apparently not on CNN, the most trusted name in news! Think about it!

9/11 & the Jordan Attacks (on 11/9)

Sunday, November 13th, 2005

The culprits of the bombings in Jordan were named before the smoke at the scene cleared. Interestingly enough the bombings took place on 11/9, the reverse of 9/11. And just like in the aftermath of the events of 9/11 the investigation seemed to have been conducted before the crime was carried out.

Interestingly enough groups like the Freemasons and Skull & Bones are known for their obsessions with numbers, dates and symbols. Take a look at the symbols on our currency and on our government seals, they seem to be riddled with Freemason symbolism. Interestingly enough the announcement of a New World Order was made public by George H. W. Bush on 9/11/91. For those of you interested in numerology, secret societies and sheer statistical coincidence you may find that the number 911 is of greater significance to Freemasons than it is to Islamic fundamentalists.

Here is a little fun for you: ( I found this after I made my observations.)

Does this mean anything? I don’t know…but it is darn interesting;-) Think about it!

When You Hammer Scott McClellan…

Saturday, November 12th, 2005

White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan is taking a lot of flack for his blatant lies to the press corpse about the Plame case. Not that I want to give Scamming Scotty a break but the press corps(e) has a lot of explaining to do as well. Not only have they kept silent by not asking a single important question in 5 years but they have swallowed and reported the most obvious of lies about virtually every topic from tax reform to 9/11.

So let’s be clear here…whatever negative comments are made about Satan’s Spokesman, Scamming Scotty, you have to apply them to the press corps(e) equally.

Veterans Day & Intelligent Design

Friday, November 11th, 2005

Today is Veterans Day. This is a holiday that America should try to place in the history books. In a civilized society war should be a thing of the past. War should be considered a primitive solution to our problems. War should be a distant memory; something that our kids have problems even believing ever happened. Our kids should be asking us if it was true that people were once so stupid that they launched wars and killed each other en mass.

Maybe the Christian fundamentalists are correct. Maybe there is no such thing as evolution. Humans don’t seem to be evolving these days. Well, their technology is evolving but their society is regressing. On the other hand I would not exactly call this “intelligent” design either. Maybe we are here as part of an experiment gone bad? OK…it’s not evolution and it’s not “intelligent” design. So I’ll just call it “poorly designed evolution.” What do you think?

While I express my thanks to our veterans today I quietly wish that we would stop producing them. Perhaps instead of spending our treasure to produce more veterans we could simply take good care of veterans that we already have produced. Think about it!

Abu Musab al-Zarqawi - The Movie?

Thursday, November 10th, 2005

By the time historians are through with documenting this chapter in history Abu Musab al-Zarqawi will surely resemble the Woody Allen character named Zelig. In Allen’s film Zelig was a pathetic emotionally sick person who wanted so much to be liked that his body morphed into many important characters thought history. He is seen everywhere and he morphs into many forms. At times Zelig is a rabbi and later you see him as a Brown Shirt standing next to Hitler. Zelig turned up at different places throughout the world, in different forms and as different people with varying skills and professions.

Abu Musab al-Zarqawi seems to be a real life Zelig. He is everywhere! It’s like the Visa ad where Visa is everywhere you want to be, - Abu Musab al-Zarqawi is every were we want him to be! What a guy! He is also like an evil character in a Batman comic where one person like the Joker is responsible for all the bad guys!

Hey…I’m sensing a movie in this…are you with me? Think about it!
