Well... we know it's not flooding in Arid-zona... not til the monsoons anyway... but today I awoke to find that a portion of Ohio is underwater... last week it was Houston... where will it be tomorrow?

So... Has there been flooding in your area this year?

We started off the year with ours... not here at Chez Stripey thank goddess, but nearby... and cub oh cub did it ever rain... harder than I have ever seen it in my near 60 years on the planet... rain... feet of rain... in a day...

New England flooded not too long ago, and Houston had a 'little problem' last week. It seems rain now comes in buckets......or not at all.

So it would seem, Dori... so it would seem...

this past weekend, it flooded in Maryland and Pennsylvania... and now... all that tropical moisture seems to be headed your way... I'd prepare yourself now for the worst... find those ark plans and expedite it's construction...

Good Luck...

hmmmm... in one of these ten million weather folders, I have a site that chronicles flooding worldwide... dang I wish I had better URL organization... but then again... tigers aren't noted for their organizational skills...

when I find it, I'll post it...

rustle...

rustle rustle rustle...

Yes, the jet stream is right overhead now, going from south to north. Big high to the east, another to the west. Supposed to last all week.

Who is it that says there is no climate change?

that would be the republican partisans that parrot what their handlers tell them is the case... certainly anyone with the observation skills of a loony could see that things just ain't like they used to be...

I guess now that the bush administration has admitted that Global Warming is happening, these dolts will need new input... laffs... it'll be good to see them flip flop... like a fish out of water...

obtw... bad news bears with that unnnumbered tropical entity off the atlantic coast... shades of Katrina... Washington D.C. is now flooded...
