You just like to play that old pretend game once in awhile, justin. Poor old bucky has no choice in the matter.

Buckshot's last post was wildly off topic, and incoherent. It has been moved to a more appropriate forum.

Good day.

If Moses killed a man and then he became Gods man, why is it a mortal sin to kill a man?

And then this:

Leviticus 24:20
Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he hath caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him again

Thank you.

perfect...so we can now all agree that killing is OK in the eyes of god.

now, how do we go about amending the ten commandments?

Good day.

I don't know about ammending, but I don't think that wanton killing is acceptable.

The nature of all things is to defend itself if wronged, if in that defense the one who offended is killed, that would be termed self-defense. If the killing occured from a offensive position, it is called murder.

Thou shalt not kill is termed under the auspices of murder.

Thank you.

and yet another cheap christian excuse as to why man can kill man.

once again, it appears there is a major flaw in at least one of the ten commandments. "thou shalt not kill"....unless, of course, george bush orders you to do so.

it was just a matter of time. now that we've found a flaw in this one, i'm going to start another thread on other points of the commandments and we'll easily find faults with each one.

believing that those were actually the word of god is pure bullshit. moses invented them....a jew, who needed to control those who were blindly following him.

i'll go get the list...

I would have to refuse that order.

ummmm what do you constitute "defending yourself" to killing someone. You can offend someone easily.

Good day.

A defense against a physical offense upon your person. A defense that is used to ward off an attack against your person. A situation where a person who is attacked cannot flee, but can only stand and fight.

Thank you.

Good day.

That is the philosophy and action that will work for you when attacked.

Thank you.

I know of at least two religions that would tell you to stand there and do nothing.
