I read this on another forum by a member there and thought it very good.

To Atheists. Please refrain from attacking Christianity or any other organized religion. It gives people (including me) something to bond over, purpose, and something to believe in. All major organized religion teaches good morals and ethics and helps guide you through life. DO NOT ALLOW EXTREMISTS TO COLOR YOUR VIEWS. If religion were inherently bad then why would there be so many good people practicing religion? That in itself should tell you that religion is not inherently bad. If you are atheistic or agnostic then I resepect your views. Religion or the lack thereof is an intensely personal experience, at least for me, which is why I do not attend church regularly. So I understand if you do not believe in God or are unsure. I have many friends who are in that state. I do not judge. That is not my prerogative and it is wrong.

Likewise to Non-Atheists. Please refrain from attacking Atheism or Agnosticism. Some have not yet found God or may never. Some are staunch in their disbelief. It is not of a lack of will, rather, it is because their will is very strong. Atheists can learn morals and ethics just as easily as those who are religious. Thus you should not attack their beliefs. You may not agree on one thing but there are plenty of others that you can find to agree upon. Please remain civil. I am tired of both groups flaming each other's beliefs and systems, which is why I have written this.

If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.--Lev.20:13

22:18 Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.

22:19 Whosoever lieth with a beast shall surely be put to death.

20:11 And the man that lieth with his father's wife hath uncovered his father's nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

NYG, did you see my Brick Testament posting?
It does a good job of making fun of the 'evil' bible verses.
