I was hesitant on where to put this discussion. At first I was going to put it under the constitutional freedoms heading, but decided on here instead.

I was listening to talk radio earlier when I was waiting to pick my son up from school and heard a commerical for this website.

Any opinions on this? I have mine, but I wanted some other input before I go freaking out.

"busHitler youth for Jebus". You may officially freak out now!!!

Ms. DO.g's thought I was pulling her leg again with this one. Could you stop putting this in religion and send it to the funny farm?

If it wasn't so serious I'd be Rotfflmao. No wonder we present religion here as an illusion that we believe for the sake of our blessed ignorance. If this is what they use prayer for---- Tony Snow and someone who has a cute name? It is a well known fact that prayer can work and has been guaged at a 25% increase in positive results, as per tests done by Buddhist monks and the rates of crime in DC, but to help this group of criminals and their mafiosa cabal is beyond belief. Using young naiive children too.

Hitler would be proud that these tactics are being revised and reused in the new reich order of the united SnaKes of AmeriKKKa.

When you're at 28% popularity, you'll enlist whatever help you can get. For BusHitler, it's the children. Too many adults are on to his tricks.

Well, I lost my appetite.

The Presidential Prayer Team for Kids is a division of The Presidential Prayer Team (, a nonprofit, charitable organization. The Presidential Prayer Team is not affiliated with, nor does it receive funding from, any political party or office of the government.

Want to bet they DO get money from the government?

About PPT .. ... e=ppt_Info

"The independent, nonprofit organization behind The Presidential Prayer Team, has a singular purpose: to encourage Americans to pray daily for the President."

"There is no fee or obligation for joining. Members receive a handsome free window decal and prayer updates by email. Anyone choosing to remember the President in daily prayer is urged to sign up."

"Your flag decal won't get you into heaven anymore, their already over crowed from your dirty little war .. Jesus don't like killing, no matter what the reason's forrrr .. Your flag decal won't get you into heaven anymore."

Well, something like that .. A song by John Prine .. I think?

Yes, SI, Jesus said, "Many shall speak my name but I shall not know them."

I often wonder just how much of Jesus' teachings his followers read. Are they just told what to do and do it? Sounds that way to me.

Well, that prayer site for kids is certainly training them in what their parents believe...never, never think for yourself.

I was told by a formerly religious person that he learned to not read the Bible because 'ordinary people' can't understand it. Only the church understands it...

Yup .. Get the kids early and they'll be off and praying for the Bush Cartel in no time. I've never bought into the houses of stone, rock, brick, wood and whatever, for the reasons above and Etc. Most of the Christian Churches are all the same. Get behind Bush / Cartels and Pray. Yeah Right! Maybe they'll have a new name for their main product soon? Perhaps - Holy Oil or Holy Gas?

My cousin said "something" like this one time in reference to Jesus. Where 2 people are gathered in my name, I am there.

How things are cooked.

It really shows that people will believe any kind of bullshit that's fed to them- and enjoy the digesting! Take a look at the claim Ms. Mcdonald makes about the anti christ- ... dd_01.html
1. At the end of this first sentence Norton adds a footnote which is explained at the bottom of p. 171: "I think I ought not to omit stating that in the course of the memorable evening of which the above paper is a very incomplete outline, one individual was expressly mentioned by name as the future desolator of this land, who at the time (nine years ago) was not at a11 pre-eminent as the leader of infidelity, but who has so notoriously and awfully become so - Mr. Owen." The Owen referred to was Robert Owen (1771-1858), described by Friedrich Engels in his Socialism: Utopian and Scientific (1880) as one of the leading socialists of the early nineteenth century. A lengthy article on the editorial page of the January 10, 1973, Kansas City
Star entitled "Tracing the History of Communes" says Owen established
a number of communities that were Communistic in nature. He set up communes in Ireland and Britain; his best-known commune, however, was his American community at New Harmony. Indiana. Margaret, on the same evening she had her pre-trib revelation, mentioned Owen as the future desolator, or Antichrist.
What a crock of crap. Seems she was relating communism's recent rise (1849) with the anti christ. Looking, looking all around for truths to be found when none are there. Oh well makes for lots of reading in another field that creates its own pseudo-scientific inquiry.

Is this why Bush needs to indoctrinate the youth to make sure they'll believe whatever nonsense the government wants them to believe. Pseudo supernatural truth seems to be the order that we are to follow, and this is a form of intelligent design that suits the leaders to a tee.

Dumb down the masses to follow stupid lying asses.

Just remember- we're to become the oversized children that believe whatever we're told to believe. Worked forever- the way it's always been- why change what works!!!

I still can't figure out how the right equates helping those in need (or living communally) with the anti-chirst. How can they continue to propagandize that brutalizing others is Christ's message to us. Where did he say we are to take advantage of people for our own benefit and care nothing about them or the damage we do to them?

It seems far too many people are willing to act the way Christ told us NOT to, stick a 'Christian' label on it and run with it.

This must dismay true Christians very much...

In later years, more people were "funded" to keep cooking the books. The same thing is going on today, but they now use the TV Evangelist, radio, internet, books and etc. When you think about all the nonsense we've been told over the years, one thing stands out. Through history, much of what has been told to us is false and in a lot of cases, just the opposite was / is true. Well, imagine that!

Perhaps there should be a group formed that "pray" everyday for the president to stop lying, to make a full, public confession of all of his errant ways, and to resign the presidency, taking Dick Cheney and Condi Rice with him.

If that ever actually happened, I might be persuaded to believe there's a real god! :P

i liked your 1st post dori.

many will profess the name of christ. but those same apostates will one day stand before gods throne and hear the words "depart from me for i never knew you".

it's just another mechanism that the bushicons will use to further ensure a future political base that will always blindly support the gop.

hitlers ss troops had an inscription on thier beltbuckles that read "got mitt uns" or god with us. yeah...........we all know how well himmlers ss boys adhered dearly to the teachings of christ as they were rounding up enemies of the state to run them through the concentration camps.

prayer for our president?

i don't pray for an apostate delivered from the gates of hell who serves his true master via his occult connection via his lifetime membership in skull'n bones.

i pray for the deliverance of the people of this nation into the light of of gods truth.............not the gop version of gods truth.
