Pope Benedict will begin his first trip to America , for five days, beginning Tuesday.
Pope John Paul II is probably rolling over in his grave. Pope Benedict is critical of the war in Iraq, but wants to visit the war criminal because they are both concerned about Bush's war killing Christian Iraqis? What's wrong with this picture?!

Check this excerpt out in the following MSNBC news article:

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/24087062

"...Beginning at the White House
Benedict will begin the trip with a visit with President Bush at the White House. Like his predecessor, Benedict was sharply critical of the war in Iraq but shares with Bush a deep concern over the plight of Iraqi Christians...."

Catholic and Protestant Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, etc and all peaceful religious peoples of America who believe this Iraq War is a lie, along with peaceful atheists and agnostics, please let us join together in peacefully objecting to the Pope's visit with the war criminal in the White House. As apparition says on ADS.org , this is "The IRAQ HOLOCAUST" , and it is against all Iraqis, not just the Christian ones.

Let your voices be clearly heard regarding the Pope's visit at the White House. Please write, email and fax the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops ASAP:

The USCCB Government Relations email is here:

"USCCB Government Relations (GR) represents the USCCB before the U.S. Congress on public policy issues of concern to the bishops. GR coordinates and directs the legislative activities of the USCCB staff and other church personnel to influence the actions of the Congress. A specific set of issues is assigned to each congressional liaison staff person, who in turn, works in collaboration with particular policy departments at the USCCB. Well, at least the Pope won't break bread with the war criminal in the White House:

"White House dinner honoring pope won't include guest of honor
President Bush is throwing a dinner in honor of Pope Benedict XVI. There's just one wrinkle: It doesn't include the pope. Here's an excerpt from today's briefing by presidential spokesman Scott Stanzel:

Stanzel: On Wednesday the president and Mrs. Bush host a South Lawn arrival ceremony for His Holiness the Pope, and that is at 10:30 a.m. At 11:15 a.m. the president will meet with the pope in the Oval Office. And at 7:30 p.m. that evening the president and Mrs. Bush will host a dinner in honor of the visit of His Holiness, and that is in the East Room that evening.

A few minutes later, they returned to the pope's visit to the United States, which begins April 15 in Washington and concludes April 20 in New York.

Reporter: Scott, just to clarify, for the Pope's visit to the White House, you said that now there's a dinner in the East Room in honor of the pope.
Stanzel: Yes.
Reporter: Will the pope actually be attending that dinner?
Stanzel: I don't believe so, no.
Reporter: Okay, thank you.

I wait in vain for Benedict to apologize for his actions during the 2004 election. As the number 2 man in the Vatican, he directed American clergy to refuse Communion to John Kerry because of his pro-choice views. He also said "good" Catholics shouldn't vote for Kerry but should vote for Bush because of his pro-life stance.
