In the next few months, Japanese whalers plan to kill 945 whales in the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary. Greenpeace's ship, the Esperanza, is on its way to stop the killings.

Last year our activists managed to stop the whalers from killing 82 whales by putting themselves between the whales and the harpoons.

But what we do in the Southern Ocean will not be enough to save all the whales!

That's why the whales need YOU to campaign with us.

In spite of all of our efforts around the world, the Danish government took part in the pro- whaling meeting in Japan. The Danish government needs to hear from all of us again, and this time even stronger, that their position is not acceptable and we need to convince them to support the whales: not the whalers. The gift: cans with labels simulating whales canned. The message will be " Whales canned thanks Danish Support" Let's go to all their embassies around the world and bring them our gift, so they can feel the pressure we need to exert on them to START DEFENDING WHALES!! We can bring them physically, or we can send as a photograph by e-mail. Greenpeace is helping me by promoting this campaign.
