My theory is that most people are saddled with a vice. Mine is buying too much stuff even though I do it frugally.

Hey, I am not ashamed a bit to be frugal. We are (now that I am married!) middle-middle class. Not poor at all, but certainly in no shape to just be nuts and spend money when its not necessary. Plus, I never understand waste. Why spend more than needed or throw away useful things?

I see what the lawsuit is offering, but does someone have to be personally harmed to be eligible? What is the point of signing up?
