First of all, Hi!
My name is Tobias, and i'm from sweden. I'm new here, and hope to be able to stay here for a while and participate in discussions which do not exceed my intelligence.
I've been reading about the troubles you guys are experiencing way over in USA, as well as iraq, afghanistan and other locations, i guess..
Like the topic says, I'm writing an essay for a class in school right now, and I was wondering if any of you would like to help me in some way.
The essay is about how (/whether or not) the media in the usa has lost objectiveness. I am trying to focus on a couple of examples, but i have still to figure out what those are. Any tips on examples of how the media in the usa are losing independency and/or perspective/objectiveness would be greatly appreciated!
And since this is a school essay, i'm going to need reliable sources to try and make my essay as reliable as possible. Whenever someone tries to present new theories that are not widely accepted, the opposition only needs to say two words to discredit the whole essay; conspiration theories. Unless, of course, the essay has reliable sources..
I'm sure i didn't need to tell you this, but anyway..
