scenario: i'm a politician running for an elected office. in my campaign speech i tell you that i will cut your taxes if elected in my first year in office. of course, i promise you many other things too. ok..so you vote for me and i get elected. in my first year i do not cut taxes, nor in mysecond year either, my third year term is coming to an close.

now, for my legal question: can you, the voter, sue me for breach of contract? i made an contract with you, the voter, that if i am elected i will reduce or cut your taxes the first year i am in office. you agreed to those terms and gave me your vote. isn't a vote an agreement between the official who makes the campaign promise and the voter who cast their vote?

If it is, we have a lawsuit we have to file. Bush said he is a uniter, not a divider. We have never been more divided--at least not in my lifetime.

I would love to see Bush sued on many levels. Let me count the ways.....
