Anybody been contacted by the TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY about a survey the corporation is doing to "better serve" its customers? I got a call last night and answered the questions, which were mostly about what my use of electricity was and whether or not I had done anything in the last five years to bring down my electricity bills. They also asked how many rooms I had in my house, the highest educational level reached by either head of the household, and what our income range was!
