If you remove all the 'X's and start at the bottom of the list, punch an 'X' and then remove it for each country. What you find is that the 'coalition of the willing' doesn't lose many soldiers until you get to Great Britain. Then when you do the U.S. you see how many of these blasts are American casualties.

Note also that most deaths are near the rivers and a few out in the oceans. There are even a few in Kuwait. I guess most people live near water.
