Yes, I agree. But I'm sure Dennis agrees with your assessment as well. For example, he is in favor of another 911 (independent) investigation. He is fully aware of the motive behind 911, and I think in my opinion anyway, he was merely using the word "war," as a word most people recognize, in regards to the illegal occupation in the Middle East, as we all know it was.
Unfortunately, Dennis will not be running for President in 2012. I imagine one reason may be, his "prayer for america" speech, back in 2005/2006. Ya see, it isn't a "prayer," unless the right wing's "military jesus," doesn't have a say so, in the direction that this nation should take, in regards to it's "world wide imperialism."
...unfortunately, this nation is not ready for a Dennis Kucinich, Mike Gravel and to some extent, a Ron Paul.
