Ever ask yourself why do you need a marriage license? brief history lesson on the origin of marriage license

Marriage License Origin

The first ever marriage license came right after the civil war, it was permission granted for blacks to be able to married with a white person, therefore you don't need to have a marriage license in order to make your marriage legal. It is simply a threeway contract with the State witch now has a vested interested with the outcome of this contract. With a marriage license the State has become the third entity of this marriage contract and now have partial ownership of your children, thats how they can demand that your children goes to school, (they want their children in school, government school) and if they determine that you and your husband/wife are unfit parents they can send social workers to take your child away from you at anytime. Why would you have to ask the State permission to get married to someone you involved with and want to spend the rest of your life with? George Washington and Thomas Jefferson did not have a marriage license, not having a marriage license is what you call "Common Law Marriage" because its based on property.

Reference: Blacks Law Dictionary - Third Edition 1870

"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."

Ephesians 6 v 12
