Tonight's segment on the fighting in Iraq followed a Marine unit into the street fighting of Iraq. The war in Iraq was referred to as THE WAR TO DEPOSE SADDAM! Hey, whatever happened to the war to save us all from a mushroom cloud? Whatever happened to all the rationales for this horrific war......???

The media have accepted every new cause for war that Bush has given, and now that the WMD hoax has been exposed, it's still a just war...

CBS is kissing butt, to make up for Dan Rather's blunder. Instead of launching an investigation into WHO sent the memo, and whether or not the content was accurate, even if the memo was forged....they have crawled to the White House on all fours, begging for forgiveness.

It's a lost cause.....

Mike Wallace also was trying to cast doubts on Jeffery Wygand's motives for going after the tobacco industry. Twice he told Wygad that he appeard to be gloating. He could have told him that her appeard very proud, just the same.

I think CBS is indeed kissing up these days.

They ALL kiss ass...it's what big corporations do when they're owned by corrupt, power-hungry moguls who don't know the meaning of the word integrity.

Only difference in the 21st century is that the most corrupt of them all are now at the helm of the country, residing in the White House, making bad decisions that cost human lives, and are absolutely drunk on their excess of power.

Bush lied to start this war, the Congress bought the lies, and now we're mired in those lies up to our eyeballs.

There will be so many names for this war in Iraq, they will rival the long list of names that are used to refer to the American Civil War.
