Question, though... How did the government, exactly, allow this to happen, as they talk about? I understand that the FDA did not approve of it in the US, so they went to Europe to sell it. Is the gov responsible because we didn't warn them? I guess, since it's a US based company, that we have the responsibility to watch over our companies and what they do with unsafe items...is that it?
