What's the easiest thing to lose and the hardest to regain?

Noooooooooo... not your virginity or your innocence... once you lose those, they're gone forever...

No... what I refer to is a flat stomach...

Got 6-pack abs?

I walk a mile every day... some of my path is uphill, some of it is stairs, too.

I work out with a pal who bought the Bowflex Ultimate II... and we do it every weekday... upper body one day and lower body the next...

plus yoga twice a week...

I lost my flat stomach almost 40 years ago drinking beer... and I'm still trying to get it back...

I go to Curves three times a week. Trying to get rid of flabby thighs, spare tire, and bat wings on my arms. Age has a way of making the whole body head south.

Easiest to lose - boobs. First to go. Hardest to get back - flat tummy. I think that is a lost cause.

Yeah but your tummy was never streched to the size of a seven pound baby. It just never returned to the same size as before. I lost the weight but the tummy was never the same. Oh well, I'll just have to settle for "almost there".

I will agree. The bowflex is the BEST home machine out there. I managed to gain 20lbs and raise my bench from 180 to 275 because of that machine. I beat myself for ever selling it.

Good question stripey, and even better, reading that others here are taking care of themselves. Must be a liberal thing to do- take care of the mind, body and spirit- and still have time to ream out and work over our inept government.

There's no fun in my workout because it has to do with working out the problem of how to put a new basement in my house. The work never ends, so I plod away at it at least 3-5 days a week. Keeps me in great shape for a man in his mid 50's.

Anyway we can get out and do something, even walking the dog is better than sitting around in front of the boob tube.

as a male tiger, you're absolutely correct... no pregnancies here... but my beer belly weighed a lot more than 7 pounds of that you can be sure... it was near the end of my stint in the military... I drank beer... lots of beer... and it showed up on my waist line...

Once I left the service, I lost most of the alcohol caused weight but have had a flab spare tire ever since... until nowish...

:D

Before I work out, I take amino acids. Then after, a protein/vitamin drink followed by glucosamine/chondrotin/msm combo...

What do y'all do, supplementally speaking?

My wife dropped Curves and went with Fit Lite.

I wish she'd just let me buy a nice treadmill, and save the money over time.
