You need to look at what it takes to get out of high school now because you are definitely not diploma material. Have you considered going for your GED? You'd have to get past the basic, emergent learning requirements, but if you work hard, a private tutor will be assigned to you.

This would be possible for you only IF the Bush budget cuts don't trickle down to the states so that the GED program in community colleges nationwide are swept aside. If that happens, you're up the creek without a paddle...or a boat.

Bush won in 2004 by 3%, Bush won in 2000 by -0.5%, Clinton won in 1996 by 8.5 %. Bush's victory is hardly a mandate. When Clinton won in '96 by 8.5% the Republicans were quick to point out that Clinton didn't have a mandate. Why is 3% of the vote now a mandate when previously 8.5% wasn't? None of these wins are statistically significant. We remain a nation divided where "independents" choose the president.
