I had thought of that comparison, Skeeter, but since I never served in the military (except through my sons!) I didn't think I knew what I was actually viewing! The video narrated by Morgan Freeman was just magnificent, as was everything about the Convention last night.
The Debates will be something not to be missed if at all possible!
I wish you'd post your observation about Kerry's "Commander-in-Chief"
in a Swift boat or in the Oval Office viewpoint everywhere! Very well done!

Catherine, did you happen to read my posts on the Rage Report on Bush's trip to Springfield, Mo? This is my home town where I was raised.
This man must be on some sort of a drug(s)..
Not yet...which forum did you post them on?
Have you heard of a book entitled
"Bush on the Couch?" It's an actual analysis of Bush by a psychiatrist or psychologist, not sure which...little tree 43 (I feel like I'm insulting all trees using that name...although it is so apt!) is even worse off mentally than what a few drugs taken now could be doing to him.
I'm no doctor, but my understanding of drug & alcohol use like Bush supposedly was into when he was younger , can't NOT effect one's mental abilities as one ages. Bush is no spring chicken, although he smirks and talks like a teenage bully sometimes...I'm particularly thinking of the April News Conference That Will Live in Infamy. (He's not held a news conference since, has he?)
If Bush was Bill Clinton and a book like
Bush on the Couch came out about him, the Republican Congress would be calling for an in-depth evaluation of his mental faculties in order to determine whether or not he was mentally responsible enough to remain in office as President.
