If the Soviets had/have "weather modification technology" then why didn't they use it to take over Afghanistan in the late 70's instead of having their asses handed to them? Why didn't they use it to win the cold war?

Perhaps it can't be used in that way or at that time as well as it can be used now. The Americans will constantly downplay what they have or are planning for security reasons and are not afraid to work on and keep secrets from their people and the world. If this were not so then we would all know all the information on say UFO's and other clandestine operations that are part of the psy/black ops they have.

A true democracy would give access as an essential part of its formula to all its citizens, all relevant information concerning our decisions. Instead we get what we are told to believe and leave the rest to our fearless leaders.

It is hard to find recent HAARP data other than the apparent implementation of antennae that increases the array size by three times.

Eastlund/Eastman originally wanted a billion watts for a truly decisive military weapon. They were nowhere close to that several years ago.

The Soviets have a much simpler weapon. I don't think they can aim it plus it is dimunitve in comparison.

Dr Nick Begich seems to be quiet these days....he had been a vocal expert. Prolly got a gag order put on him.

I do know they are absolutely tearing up the Alaskan wilderness while securing natural resources.
