I've been wondering this lately:

Why do dog owners pick up their dog poop, only after the dog has layed one down --
* In the neighbors grass,
* On the sidewalk,
* That spot you only find when you least expect to walk in it?

It seems to me, that if you have a bag with which to pick up the poop, why not just open up the plastic bag and put it under the dog's butt as it squats? It would be less messy, everywhere.

You are a hoot. Maybe we could just have the dog step through the handles on the bag and squat there...then its all ready for disposal. HAHA. I have luckily always lived in a house with a yard, so I don't have to worry too much. My dogs always go in the perimeter of the yard way out of the way of yard playing traffic.
