THERE ARE NO ORDINARY CATS! Yep, he's probably snickering, CE...but I bet he loves you very much!
Charlie not only stretches out full length in the middle of the kitchen floor, he'll reach out and grab my feet when I manage to get around him. He'll turn over and follow me with his eyes, watching for another chance to grab my shoe or connect with the softer flesh. I bought him a cat scratcher that is shaped like an S. It came with a bag of catnip. I put the scratcher in the living room foyer, sprinked the catnip on it, and stood back to watch the fun. Charlie, who is rather long, took over the scratcher immediately and slithered all over it. He lay there, looking like he was in cat heaven. Now and then, he'd wake up and actually scratch the thing.
I got to cook dinner that night in peace.
