Hello Everybody,
Doctor has prescribed Dermol cream to my father. He is suffering from skin infection from last 3 days. Could any one tell me what are the precautions he will take while using this cream. I will appreciate any information regarding this.

I think you must discuss each and every aspect of your father’s disease with Doctor. Dermal cream is very effective in treatment of skin infection. But do not apply this cream on your face as prolonged application of this drug may lead to considerable shrinking of skin of that part. This cream is mean for external use only. Care must be taken to ensure the preparation does not enter the eyes as glaucoma or cataract may result. Routine steroid precautions must be observed if the patient is stressed. Avoid using this drug for long period. If you are not observing any improvement after using this cream for few weeks consult your doctor once again. These are some general precaution one must follow while using this drug. Along with this ask your father to follow each and every instruction given by Doctor. You may visit http://www.drugdelivery.ca/s3424-s-DERMOL.aspx or search Google for further information.
