As far as I know, and I checked around a little to make sure, all 50 states do provide first term abortions. MS (my illustrious state) only has ONE clinic located in our capital, Jackson. The laws are very restrictive (you're required to wait for a 24 hour period between making the appointment and getting the procedure, parents must give concent, its quite expensive...you have to parade through an almost daily bit of pro-life demonstators...etc. Also, the MS house passed a ban on abortions, but it won't be heard by the senate until early 07 (can anyone say election year politics?)
Also, SD has recently voted a ban in place, though I don't think that goes in effect just yet and is being challenged.
