Ever heard of a "selective memory" ?
Is it a bug or a feature ? Criminals develop a selective memory rather quickly and easily. For them, it's a feature. Victims of abuse and trauma develop a selective memory as a means of protection. Again, a feature. Where would we be without it ?

But now, uh, I forget. Sorry, I simply cannot recall. It looks like nobody remembers the multiple warnings prior to 9/11. Why should they remember? Wouldn't it be easier to just forget the whole thing? As if it never happened? We could go on happily ever after, after winning in Iraq of course. Americans haven't learned to lose so it's "stay the course". Aye aye Sir! Stay the course! Full speed ahead.
We're being led to believe noone was forwarned about 9/11. Okay, there was a warning, but I didn't take it all too serious because it was just, you know, so ludicrous. 18 Arabs with boxcutters taking over Jumbo planes,flying them with precision before smashing them straight into WTCs 1 & 2 and the Pentagon? Sheesh, that's got to be the most far-fetched thing I've ever heard in my life. No wonder noone took the warnings serious. Bogeyman gonna come get ya! Arabs in America? Bringem on! They'll NEVER get past NORAD! America's best! Yes!
Okay, okay, nobody told Rice or Bush or Cheney about the 18 hijackers and noone knew they would use such sophisticated weapons as boxcutters. Such detailed information was only known to those who fabricated the story...prior to 9/11. A precision manouver. A masterpiece. The Crime of the century.
The day then CIA Director George J. Tenet "resigned", I saw his facial expression on TV. He looked pissed. He had revenge on his mind. I think he knew that some day soon, someone would turn their back on him and call him a liar by denying he warned them. That day has come.
Condi's right. It's utterly "incomprehensible". Especially with a selective memory.
