This is an interesting development. The investors in Nova M Radio will be able to take a look at the books, pursuant to SEC rules. So, this may be an effort to both raise funds and convince people to invest in Nova M Radio, which now carries the Mike Malloy Show.
Combined with the news of a prospective buyer for Air America Radio, we may see more growth in progressive talk this year.
