There is something inherently wrong with our banking system. It is the idea that banks will only loan money to those who have collateral. This eliminates the poor from the game, or forces them to go to high risk insta-loan sharks who leave them paying higher interest rates, and they are forever caught in the poverty game.

This is a wonderful story of how the government has the ability to help, but has been bought out by the corpitalist banking system and job barons, and will not interfere in the "poverty for the rich to prey upon" game, leaving the poor citizenry to be forever trapped in their impoverished state.

Too bad our government has deserted us at the basic level and won't help by providing either a social safety net or the means for the poor to work their way out of poverty, with dignity. Too bad they won't adhere to their part of the societal contract. Too bad they aren't there to be a starting tool for the American dream. They are content to keep a needy lower class to be preyed upon, and not help them, so they have a willing and ready stockpile of bodies for their low paying jobs and their wars. It's all an act they play while they schmooze with the rich and fabulous. Why aren't there some rich people that are willing to start this idea here in America? Are they afraid that someone would figure out their way of life and freedoms and be jealous of them and want what they've got? Isn't that what Bush said after 9/11 about THEM, over there?

Nice. Why can't this system be set up here for those who want a way out and have a plan but can't get there because of mere money restraints. There is a certain pride in trying and opportunity, which rewards those that have an idea, but can't seem to step out of the poverty cycle, because they can't be trusted. With all the waste in government and all the relief that the rich get from tax cuts and their own welfare system, why can't the government be more giving and be a banker for the poor. Take a chance on the little guy, who made America what it was and rebuild it to what it could be. Surely it would be a small price to pay. After all, we are almost up to 300 billion dollars spent on the Iraq war and rising as of this date. How much better off would our poor be in this country, let alone Iraq with that money distributed amongst the needy. It is only money taxed and thrown away, as well as a lot of dead people on both sides, to fill the pockets of the banks, oil companies and corpitalists anyway, and they don't need it! Not to mention all the unhappy widows, families of dead soldiers, slaughtered men, women and children on both sides, as well as the permanently injured. All for the sake of WHAT?

So a bunch of stupid people can worry about who can fuck who, with what sex, and when they can have babies or get rid of them or not, who has the real god and which party will win, and who's supporting whose sports team, or the next celebrity model movie star rock group to fade away. Important stuff like that. Why? Because we don't give a damn. We're too busy worrying about money and how we'll keep it and get more.

The rise of the little guy and the small entrepreneur? The sake of peace and harmony? No. Corporate greed, financial advantage and a hunger for power. What a waste. Define evil in this world and it ain't just the money. Oh no. It goes straight to the heart. The plutocratic imperialist hegemonic structure we call elitist world politics, celebrity status and organized globalized genocide. We are killing our brothers and sisters for the sake of a monetary system that eats flesh and blood for currency and spits out the future as it's byproduct. All so a few can profit and call the shots- who gets to live and who gets to die- who stands to profit and who gets stepped on.

Ain't it a laugh. Where's our government when we need 'em? Sorry we're busy with other affairs. Take care of yourself now, y'hear.

Them that's got shall get
Them that's not shall lose
So the Bible said and it still is news
Mama may have, papa may have
But God bless the child that's got his own
That's got his own

Yes, the strong gets more
While the weak ones fade
Empty pockets dont ever make the grade
Mama may have, papa may have
But God bless the child that's got his own
That's got his own

Money, you've got lots of friends
Crowding round the door
When you're gone, spending ends
They don't come no more
Rich relations give
Crust of bread and such
You can help yourself
But don't take too much
Mama may have, papa may have
But God bless the child thats got his own
Thats got his own

Mama may have, papa may have
But God bless the child thats got his own
Thats got his own
He just worry 'bout nothin'
Cause hes got his own

Completely sane world
madness the only freedom

An ability to see both sides of a question
one of the marks of a mature mind

People don't choose to be dishonest
the choice chooses them

Now I know how Kusinich feels.
