APPEALS PROCESS FOR ACCOUNT REACTIVATION If your REGISTERED account at TVNL is DEACTIVATED, you may make an APPEAL to the Activism Club, the governing body of TVNL, to request that your account be REACTIVATED. The step-by-step procedure for making such an APPEAL is given below: 1. Send ANY MEMBER OF THE ACTIVISM CLUB an email or a private message, asking him or her to ACT as your mediator.
A list of AC members is at the bottom of the page. After you have read all the information here, please click on the name of the AC member you are choosing to intercede for you in order to contact him or her. Please be aware that the AC member you have chosen may refuse your request. If that happens, please ask another AC member to act as your mediator.
2. The email or PM to the AC member who is acting as your mediator must contain the following:
A. Your username and a brief account as to why you think your account was deactivated.
B.Briefly state why you think your account should be reactivated.
Upon receipt of your email or private message request, the AC member you've chosen to act as your mediator will bring your appeal to the ACTIVISM CLUB.
A decision will be sent to you via email by the mediator within one week of the date of the appeal being received in the AC. We will use the email account with which you registered..
The decision of the AC regarding the appeal is binding.
THE APPEALS PROCESS IS AVAILABLE to any member.
If your first appeal WAS NOT successful, you may appeal again in ONE month, but you may not choose the same AC member to bring your appeal before the AC. (The AC member who is the mediator does not vote in the final poll.)
IF YOU ARE A BANNED TVNL MEMBER:
If you are a BANNED TVNL member, you may ALSO proceed with the APPEALS PROCESS, following the same steps precisely. HOWEVER, any member of the AC may BLACKBALL your appeal. If a BLACKBALL occurs, your appeal will be automatically denied.
