I don't know if Kagan will have a lot of trouble being confirmed, although I do think she'll be grilled much more than Sotomayer was and definitely more than any Bush nominee was, but the rightwingers certainly take every opportunity to try to get attention through their negative rhetoric laced with their religious stupidity.

AND of course, Sarah Palin has been a tad off the radar for the last few days, who knows why...or cares...until yesterday when she was reported as saying that the US should be governed via God and the Bible...among other idiocy.
