I agree Jesse .. Just wanted to add my thoughts ... So, here goes.

We think about Iraq and what it might become. I'll tell you want I think about it. It will be worse then it ever was, as far as being poor and etc.
The furture is far far from bright for the people of Iraq. Israel has and I think always will be a thorn in the side of any real kind of recovery for Iraq. They have been and I expect they still are against any kind of Worl / UN interference. The UN has many (dominated) third World Countries who most always votes against Israeli & American / Jewish interest. Ask yourself what Israel has to gain from a stable / prosperouse Iraq? lets face it, If it doesn't serve Israel forget it. They'll try and control or destroy what does not serve them. They come first overall in the Middle East and that is that. Maybe first in the World - over all? One might look at it as a total single mindedness and it is. What don't serve us ... kill it. When one thinks about money and power, who do you think has the most influence and control on / over other Countries? Not to mention the blackmail and etc. Take a good look at Canada and Britain, talk about nose rings! Check out banking histories and money. USA is a Pitbull for what Country?
