 Post subject: CAROLER'S CIDER & CRANBERRY TEA

CAROLER'S CIDER

Makes 10 half-cup servings

3 cups water
4 cinnamon-apple flavored tea bags, INDIVIDUAL SIZE
1/2 cup seedless red raspberry jam
2 cups apple cider or apple juice
Cinnamon sticks

1. Heat water to boiling in medium sized saucepan. Remove from heat. Add tea bags to saucepan; cover and steep for 5 minutes.

2. Remove tea bags. Add raspberry jam to the tea and stir until dissolved. Stir in apple cider. Reheat.

3. Pour into teacups or mugs and add cinnamon sticks as stirrers.



CRANBERRY TEA

Makes 10 half-cup servings

3 cups water
4 cinnamon-flavored tea bags, INDIVIDUAL SIZE
2 TBS. honey
2 cups cranberry drink
Orange slices
Small candy-canes or cinnamon sticks (optional)

1. Heat wter to boiling in medium-sized saucepan. Remove from heat. Add tea bags; cover and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags.

2. Stir in honey until dissolved. Add cranberry drink and stir to combine.

3. Serve in small glass cups. To each cup, add a small candy cane or cinnamon stick if you wish.
