"Three main objectives of the operation:

To foil and disrupt the important conference between the US officials, other foreign military advisors and the governors of 7 provinces regarding handover of the responsibility to the locals.

It was thought that all the minutes of the last night’s conference would be described at the same hotel on Wednesday by celebrating it with the parties which was doomed in failure.

In general all the US-NATO spy agents, intelligence and others carrying out fugitive activities stay at the same hotel who were the main target of the operation, which has considered one of the most thorough and successful operations amid ‘Operation Badar’.
