Khabar Online interviewed Nik, former member of the Majlis' National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, regarding the upcoming Majlis election:

Nik: "...establishing intellectual, political, behavioral unity will be essentially a must for the Principlists."

Essentially? Actually a show of unity --consensus-- will do.

Why?

Nik: "...the reformists are in a coma."

Though...

"...due to their involvement in the deviant current some of them [the, duh, Principlists] have been cast out from the Principlist camp...."

So, again, a show of unity will do.

Nik: "The members of the committee [appointed by Ahmadinejad] including Messrs...Adel,...O'ladi and Velayati are approved by all the Principlists. They [the three] are able to broker unity among all Principlist factions...."

All will go well,

Nik: "...if the committee takes the key decisions for planning the mechanism of unity among the Principlists simply under the guidance of Jame'atein [= the Combatant Clergy Association]."

Therefore:

Nik: "...the members of the committee should organize the managing institute [= the above mechanism of unity] ...helped through monitoring and guidance of Jame'atein."

But instead of that:

Nik: "...the three-member committee is expected...to plan an appropriate mechanism for involving all Principlist figures and factions and unite them in the forthcoming Majlis election [rather] than playing the role of the executive director of the Principlists...."

Again, a show of unity will do.

Details:

"As a matter of fact Principlists constitute 6 sides," asserts Nik.

"These six sides include:

[1] the front of followers of Imam Khomeini's line...[which is also the line of the present] Leader...;

[2] development-seeking Principlists [= money-bags];

[3] the supporters of Ahmadinejad's front [Salehi & Co]

from [= on the] one hand and

the supporters of

[4] Larijani,

[6] Ghalibaf and

[6] Rezaei

from [= on] the other.

The assumed upshot:

Nik: "Independent and individual Principlist may participate in the election campaign through the three sides of Larijani, Ghalibaf and Rezaei supporters.

"If the first three sides join the second three sides, all Principlist factions will reach a consensus."

As for Nik himself:

"Although me and my friends did not vote for Mr. Ahmadinejad in the earlier presidential election, and made constructive criticisms against him, we [duh] generally supported him.

"Based on the evidences which can be reviewed, in several known and unknown occasions of last [= recent] years, we gave too much assistance to Mr. Ahmadinejad and his government."

In other words, the essential unity is:

GET RID OF THE AHMEDINEJAD GANG !

an unprincipled slogan.
