More from MP Ali Motahari:
“Personally, I do not believe that reformists had been making seditious plans for months prior to the [last] election and for this very reason I do not consider Mr. Khatami to be one of the sedition leaders.”
“I, too, am of the opinion that many of the post-election political prisoners should be released.”
“The prisoners who have not committed destructive acts or engaged in armed rebellion against the regime should be released but those who persist in their old claims and are not repentant should not be released.”
“The Guardian Council has no cause to disqualify [reformists] other than MirHosein Mousavi and Mehdi Karroubi.”
Presidential contenders Karroubi and Mousavi claimed the 2009 election was fixed, got people riled up, and got themselves so riled up that they ran about on the streets rallying protestors.
WHILE IRAN IS UNDER THE SUPERPOWER'S GUNS
The conservative MP also criticized the house arrest of Mousavi and Karroubi, saying they should be properly charged and prosecuted in “a competent court.”
In contrast to Motahari's common sense, there's the that's-that attitude of Pourmohammadi, director of the State Inspectorate Organization:
"People should match themselves with the system and the revolution."
That reads well, except that...
Iran is buddying up to Superpower puppet Afghanistan
Iran is buddying up to Superpower puppet Iraq
Iran is buddying up to Superpower puppet Pakistan.
This buddying up serves the policy of:
Iranian expansion rather than the policy of Islamic revolution
Iranian detente with The Superpower rather than the policy of Islamic revolution
Iranian peaceful coexistence with Superpower puppet Israel rather than the policy of Islamic revolution.
What else does such a policy dictate?
Buddying up to The Superpower's NATO followers by
claiming their puppet counter-revolutionaries in Libya are part of the Islamic Awakening
talking up a fake peace plan under Algerian [= French] guidance.
Sending condolences for traitor Karzai.
