Israeli roops fired dozens of gas bombs and rubber-coated metal bullets as hundreds of residents who gathered at the Qalandia terminal, north of Jerusalem, demanding their legitimate right to enter occupied Jerusalem in order to conduct Friday prayers at the Al Aqsa Mosque.

Riot sentencing feeding frenzy claims anger magistrates

legal advisers in court have been advising magistrates to "consider whether their powers of punishment are sufficient in dealing with some cases arising from the recent disorder".

Magistrates are able to refer cases to crown courts which have tougher sentencing powers.

Breaking news: Martyrdom attack hits CIA convoy in Kabul, 12 dead

Mujahideen officials reporting from Kabul say that a martyrdom attack carried out by Amirullah with his SUV packed with 750 kilograms of high explosives on a CIA convoy left 12 agents of the American agency dead while several others were severely wounded.

The attack took place at 06:00 am this morning in Sharak area of Sabzo district as the spy agency’s convoy was travelling on the new Bagram road. It is said that 2 of the enemy’s vehicles were also destroyed by the blast which also killed one [of] their [The Superpower's] agency’s head by the name of John.
