In a speech early this morning, 8th of September aired as per usual on Syrian Arrai (Opinion) TV. Brother Leader Muammar Qaddafi addressed the Libyan people and a summary of his speech is as follows:-

They [Superpower mercenaries] think that NATO will stay forever in the skies; [but] NATO will return defeated, weather [whether] it likes it or not, because it’s financial position doesn’t allow it to continue with its air bombardments.
