What can we do to turn it around?

We can start by rejecting the RNC propaganda, embraced by the mainstream news media, that the opposition is equally guilty.

We can call, write, fax, and email the television and radio stations, protesting that they're not covering the news accurately and fairly. Make them realize that there are Americans listening and viewing who can tell the difference. Insist that they stop reporting only the "spin" that makes a story become just so much propaganda.

Demand accurate, unbiased reports, not the opinions of the reporters or those of the heads of the station.
