The Decider thinks the U.S. should get tougher with terrorists and not weaker. This means a policy of armed force in Iraq, for now and into the future in my opinion. I really believe that this regime has no intention of leaving Iraq, especially after having built a billion dollar embassy in Baghdad. Planning for something don't you think?
My brain tells me that chaos will continue for some time to come in Iraq. And, this just might the policy anyhow. They cannot really win the hearts and minds of Iraqis and maybe that was not the plan anyhow. Just occupy and create havoc. Keep an eye on the oilfieds in Iraq and the entire Middle East. Oh yeah, and keep spending billions and billions of dollars of taxpayers money in the process. The industrialists and the bankers really like that.
I think that is the real message of a speech like this one from Bush - he is simply doing the bidding of others, and apparently is doing a pretty decent job if you ask me.
