FINALLY...Dems are fighting back against the Republican corruption!

In light of the coming election, and by way of a response to the McCain camp’s claims about Barack Obama’s ties to ACORN, Obama’s campaign has put in a request to Attorney General Michael Mukasey to “turn over any investigations of voter fraud or voter suppression to Special Prosecutor Nora Dannehy, the same special prosecutor recently appointed to investigate the U.S. attorney firing scandal,” according to CNN.

AND Rachal Maddow of MSNBC's Rachel Maddow Show interviewed Ohio's Secretary of State Jennifer Bruner, who was also very impressive. Sorry...don't have a valid link to that interview.

Team Obama Asks for Special Prosecutor to Investigate Voter Fraud

i saw some of this report last night.

looks like the u.s. supreme court actually ruled in our favor in one case in ohio that was going to affect over 200,000 registered dems. the repugs were attempting some sort of purge from a data base that attempted to show discrepencies in thier addresses.

amazingly the court shot the data base deal down that was being pushed by the ohio repug party.

saw a lot of stories on olbermann and maddow on how repugs main weapon now is the attempt to use voter suppression.

but i'm very glad to see the dems have learned from 2000 and 2004 that they're not going to let it happen again.

this is going to be an all out battle.

time to put our kickin/stompin boots on.
