Mc Cain, obviously running for (gasp) president, has decided to take the cheap road to the white house by blaming bill clinton for north korea. i've been wondering why the media has been making such a big deal about north korea, and i wondered why republicans have been playing that "paranoid doom and gloom" card about all this lately and it's become obvious: they're going to use north korean scare tactics much like they've been using terrorist tactics with iraq.
will americans buy into this like so many did with terrorists and iraq?
McCain criticizes Bill Clinton on North Korea
Remarks may be first involving party's potential 2008 frontrunners
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - Republican Sen. John McCain on Tuesday accused former President Clinton, the husband of his potential 2008 White House rival, of failing to act in the 1990s to stop North Korea from developing nuclear weapons.
"I would remind Senator (Hillary) Clinton and other Democrats critical of the Bush administration's policies that the framework agreement her husband's administration negotiated was a failure," McCain said at a news conference after a campaign appearance for Republican Senate candidate Mike Bouchard

naturally, mc cain forgets top mention that after 7 years, bush has failed to negotiate whatsoever with north korea, and has instead reverted to name calling and chest beating. mc cain obviously won't admit that failed foreign policies and the lack of true statesmanship on the bush administration has been the reason for the world to despise the US.
i hope the american people will be able to see thru this bullshit for what it really is. republicans have had almost 8 years to show what they're made of and all they can do is blame clinton for their complete failure.
