Man, it simply amazes me that they are going to force this bill through. We will be lucky if the opposition will be able to hold it off.
If this would have been implemented years ago, then that means that all of the people who have become sick or died because of the drugs that were not thoroughly tested that were put on the market would have had no compensation? What would be the deterrent to putting out a drug that could cause harm to so many? Look at the drugs that just in the past few years have been pulled from the market because they were unsafe?
Just what are these people thinking? I have to ask once again, these are the best minds that America has to offer for running this country? My god!!! Us Americans are dumber than I thought.
