what does one have to do to start a petition to stop the government from giving tax exempt status to churches? obviously, to day, all churches are crossing the line and getting into politics and therefore should not be given tax exempt status. this law is really unfair towards tax payers, especially when churches donate to political causes or preach politics inside their churches or areas of congregations.

so...how does one go about doing this?

I would rather see a petition to abolish all organized religion.
