I found this at, of all places, the Paranormal Research Society! Yup, I go to all kinds of places because I'm interested in all kinds of things.
I thought this carried a bit of comfort in these troubled times. ( I'm not religious, so I take the "faithful" stuff and think of it as being faithful to nature, my family, my friends, and to myself.)

Come to the garden alone, while the dew is still on the roses....(this is an old hymn...my mother loved it.)
FOR THE GARDEN OF YOUR DAILY LIVING
PLANT THREE ROWS OF PEAS:
Peace of mind
Peace of heart
Peace of soul
PLANT FOUR ROWS OF SQUASH:
Squash gossip
Squash indifference
Squash grumbling (Forget this...we're into POLITICAL DISCUSSIONS!
)!
Squash selfishness
PLANT FOUR ROWS OF LETTUCE:
Lettuce be faithful
Lettuce be kind
Lettuce be patient
Lettuce really love one another
NO GARDEN IS WITHOUT TURNIPS:
Turnip for meetings
Turnip for service
Turnip to help one another
TO CONCLUDE OUR GARDEN WE MUST HAVE THYME:
Thyme for each other
Thyme for family
Thyme for friends
WATER FREELY WITH PATIENCE AND CULTIVATE WITH LOVE. THERE IS MUCH FRUIT IN YOUR GARDEN BECAUSE YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW.
AND may that "reaping" part be especially true for the Bushies!
