I hate bras! 8)

I guess it comes from growing up in the 60s when I saw many bras being burned. They're so constricting and restraining to my movements, especially when I'm working in the house or the garden. Yes, yes...I've bought expensive bras, and I've bought cheap bras...they're all pretty much alike.

Also, now that I am retired and no longer have to "dress professionally," I reluctantly put one of those "titty muckles" on only when I go out to public places. (My husband calls bras by various names: Over the Shoulder Boulder Holder; Double Barrel Slingshots, and his favorite, the "titty muckle." I tell him he wouldn't be so comical if he had to wear one!)

When I'm here at home, I seldom have one on. In fact, when I come in from having been out in public, I take the thing off asap. :P

Any other women at this site feel about bras as I do?

Amen sister! I just got back from Colorado and trying to catch up on all the news. Sitting here at the puter in my T-shirt and panties. No bra - No pants!

The bra is the first thing to come off when I get home.

Thankfully, I'm not very big in the chest area, either, so I can get away with not wearing a bra in public if I'm wearing a jacket or shirt over whatever top I happen to have on. (I had breast cancer in 1989...simple mastectomy with immediate reconstruction, no chemo, and no recurrence...so far, ...but the reconstruction created a boob that is so perfect, while the other is just a bit on the droopy side. It's only obvious when I'm braless, though, so what the hell... ) The fun starts when they try to get that reconstructed boob into a mammogram machine!

Welcome back, sadie! AND never forget that comfort comes first after a woman reaches 30, or 40, or 50, or whatever age! I think wearing as little as possible while at one's computer is perfectly wonderful!

I HATE to wear a BRA!

me too...that's why i don't.

however, some women should because those once firm standing tits are now hugging their belly button.

i've often wondered what the girls will look like who have had enhancements when they're like 60...will they be the same? or. doesn't it matter at 60?

I HATE BRAS TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never, ever wear them unless going into public. And the only reason I do that is because my breasts are pretty big and if I didn't wear a bra, people would be too distracted (BELIEVE ME, its happened plenty enough even when I do wear a bra). I don't know who ever invented them and why, but I'd like to kick their ass. Same thing with heeled shoes...who the fuck wants to teeter around in high heals, panty hose and an uncomfortable, underwired bra all day??????????

I am with you lefty! When I first started teaching I was required to wear hose. I'll tell ya, I got really good at driving a car, removing pantyhose and a bra, and making it home safely.

My husband (ex now) would just look at me with the most puzzled face, and say, "How do you do that without wrecking the car or causing others to wreck?"

I would just wink at him. My secret. Of course I know you girls know how to do it, too.

Call me odd, but I honestly don't mind wearing a bra. It hurts not to! Espeically when you are jogging! Youch! Ok well I rarely jog, but even walking. Plus I think the use of the bra helps a bit with the effects of gravity. Although I think nursing two kids probably made that pointless. lol Nowwwwwwwwww, don't tell the guys I'm saying this. Don't you think they should wear some kind of support too. I mean those jewels can start to sag a bit too! lol
