Dick Cheney is a master of deception. You must pay close attention when this man speaks in public. The thing that you will notice most directly in his mannerisms is the sternness of his face in his presentations. This is an art form. The sterner he looks and the softer he speaks are his distinguishing features of his personality. This is his trademark identity as a master of bullshit. When these two things come together in a presentation, the sternness of expression and the softness and yes, even evenness of voice, indicates that what he is saying and what is mind is calculating are two different things.( this is a form of soft sell ) This is Dick Cheney's method of concealing the truth from you. He needs to present himself like this to you because this is the method that he has mastered in his ongoing bid to deceive you. Do not be deceived. And, take a further look at his eyes when he speaks as well. This is yet another mastery for Cheney. He knows that he must keep his eyes steadfast as well. The harder he keeps his eyes focussed on you, the harder he is trying to conceal. Do not let this man fool you. YOu must stare into his eyes because it is there where you will discover the truth about him.
