Jeb Bush Blocks Emails from Common Cause re: vote count
This morning, I received a rather curious email, and I wanted to know if you got the same one.
Just like you and 10,000 other Common Cause activists, I emailed my message to Governor Jeb Bush asking him to do the right thing in Florida's 13th District (Sarasota County) by demanding a revote due to the 18,000 votes that were lost in an electronic voting machine glitch.
But instead of a response from Governor Bush, I received an error message saying that my email did not get through. Did you get an error message, too?
It looks like Jeb Bush has BLOCKED MY EMAIL AND YOURS.
So, here at Common Cause, we've decided to lead by example - we are going create our own "paper trail" by printing out all of your letters and sending them to Governor Jeb Bush!
And, hey, as long as we're printing out messages...we want to increase our numbers! Will you help us TRIPLE our messages to send to Gov. Jeb Bush by asking three friends to join you?

Governor Bush has an opportunity to correct this injustice and Get It Straight today with a revote in Florida's 13th District. Sadly, we can't expect Bush to act without pressure from activists in Florida and around the country.
Together, we can set things right in Florida and make sure that every vote is counted this year and in future elections.
